Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to https://vixoralabs.com (the "Website") and your purchase of digital AI prompt kits (the "Product") from Vixora Labs ("we", "us"). By using the Website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Website or buy a Product.

Who we are

Vixora Labs sells digital prompt kits for AI image tools, with a focus on Indian pre-wedding and couple photography styles. We are not a photography studio and we do not take, edit, or deliver finished photographs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of India to buy a Product. By paying, you confirm that the details you give at checkout are accurate.

The Product

Each Product is a downloadable PDF of written prompts and related guidance for use with third-party AI image-generation tools. Packages currently include the Pre-Wedding Starter Pack, the Couple Instagram Photo Pack, and the Complete Pre-Wedding Pack.

• The PDF does not contain generated photos.
• Image results depend on the AI tool you use, its model, your inputs, and your edits. We do not guarantee any particular look, likeness, quality, or outcome.
• Third-party AI tools have their own terms, pricing, and content rules. You are responsible for complying with them.

Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount charged is the server-side price for the package you select at checkout, not a price altered in the browser.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN, or other payment-instrument secrets. A purchase is complete only after our server confirms the payment. Closing the payment window before confirmation does not create an order.

Delivery and download access

After confirmation, we email a private download link to the address you give at checkout. Delivery is digital and typically immediate.

• Links are time-limited (the period is stated in your email, typically 30 days) and usage-limited for security.
• Each successful download uses a short-lived file URL. Do not share the link.
• If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions, then contact us with your purchase email and order reference. We can re-send the link to the original address.

Refunds and failed delivery

Because the Product is delivered instantly as a digital download, we do not offer cash refunds once the download link has been sent, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If payment was captured and you cannot access your kit because of a delivery or download problem on our side, contact us. We will re-send or extend your download link for that original purchase.

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting us may result in the download entitlement being revoked.

Support

We aim to reply to genuine purchase and download questions within one business day. Support covers access to the kit you bought, not training on every AI image tool or custom prompt writing.

Acceptable use of the Website

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass payment, download limits, or other security controls.
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the Website, checkout, or download systems.
• Use the Website for fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.

We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access if we reasonably believe these Terms were broken.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and Product are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity, or for results from third-party AI tools.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Purchases already completed remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of that purchase, except where a change is required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer.
