This Privacy Policy explains how Vixora Labs ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit https://vixoralabs.com (the "Website") or buy a digital prompt kit. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies to a small digital-product seller.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to take payment, deliver your kit, and support you.

• Checkout: full name, phone number, and email address. We use these to create your order, prefill Razorpay checkout, email your download link, and identify your purchase if you need help.
• Payment metadata: Razorpay order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, and status. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords. Razorpay processes the payment on its systems.
• Order and download records: product purchased, fulfilment status, download-link expiry, and a count of successful downloads. Download tokens are stored in hashed form, not as the raw link.
• Contact form: name, email, topic, and message, so we can reply. A hidden field is used only to ignore obvious bot submissions.
• Technical data: timestamps, request path, and a coarse network address used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and diagnosing failures. Application logs mask email addresses where practical.

We do not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on the Website. We do not ask for photos, ID documents, or your generated AI images.

How we use your information

• Process your purchase and confirm payment on our server before granting access.
• Email your download link and related order messages.
• Re-send or extend a download link if delivery fails.
• Answer support and contact-form messages.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and excessive automated requests.
• Keep records needed for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

Completing checkout and sending a contact message is your request that we use the details you provide for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing or newsletter email unless we later offer an opt-in and you choose it.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Website and Razorpay's checkout window may use cookies or similar storage that are required for the page to work, to keep the payment session secure, or to remember essential checkout state. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may not complete if required cookies are blocked.

How long we keep it

• Order, customer, and payment-reference records are kept for as long as needed to provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
• Download links expire after the period stated in your email (typically 30 days). Hashed token records may remain with the order.
• Contact messages are kept as needed to respond and for a reasonable support history.
• Security and rate-limit logs are kept for a short operational period.

Security

Access to the Product is granted only after server-side payment confirmation. Download links are time-limited and usage-limited. Files are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived URLs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps appropriate to a small digital store.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to explain how we use it. Email vixoralabs@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout or on the contact form, and tell us what you need.

We may need to keep some order and payment records even after a deletion request, where the law, a payment dispute, or fraud prevention requires it. We will say so if that applies.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may also use any grievance or appeal route available under applicable data-protection law.

Children

The Website and Product are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or the law change. The "Last updated" date below will change when we do. The version on this page is the current one.
