Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about buying and using your prompt kit.
How do I receive the kit?+
After your payment is confirmed on our server, we email a secure, private download link to the address you provide at checkout.
What details do you collect?+
Your name, phone number, and email — so we can deliver your kit and help you quickly if you ever need support.
Which package should I choose?+
Pick the Couple Instagram Photo Pack for trendy social-media portraits, the Pre-Wedding Starter Pack for a focused pre-wedding collection, or the Complete Pre-Wedding Pack for the full library and best value.
How long is my download link valid?+
The emailed link remains valid for the period stated in your email (typically 30 days). Each visit generates a fresh, short-lived download.
Is this a photography service?+
No. This is a digital PDF of AI image prompts. Image results depend on the AI tool you use and your inputs — the PDF itself does not contain generated photos.
Which AI tools do the prompts work with?+
The prompts are written to work with popular AI image-generation tools. You can adapt the wording for the tool you prefer; the kit includes tips for more consistent results.
What if I don’t get the email?+
Check your spam/promotions folders first, then contact support with your purchase email and order reference. We can re-send your link.
Do you offer refunds?+
As these are instant-delivery digital products, we do not offer refunds once your download link has been sent. If you have trouble accessing your kit, contact support and we will re-send or extend your link.
